How The Shortlist Report handles your information
You give us a LinkedIn profile URL and, if you choose, a few facts about your audience and how often you email them. We use a licensed public-data provider to read the public profile and recent public posts for that URL. We do not log in to LinkedIn, and we never ask for your password.
The posts and profile details are sent to an AI model (Anthropic’s Claude) to classify each post and write the plain-language parts of the report. Scores are calculated in our own code from the evidence. The model is told to use only what we supply and never to invent posts, reach, or statistics.
Each report is stored for seven days so you can return to it, then deleted along with the posts it was built from. A small record of the run (which field you chose, your scores, and the campaign that sent you) is kept so we know the report was useful. We do not send your profile URL, your name, your posts or your scores to analytics or advertising tools.
Only submit your own profile, or one you are authorized to assess. To have a report removed early, email support@activatetheasset.com with the report link.
